To be a Kingdom Builder, we must embrace personal and spiritual growth. Building God's Kingdom on the earth requires a partnership with the Holy Spirit as our guide. Building strong skills through study of God's word and developing strong relationships will enlarge your territory to take ground for Heaven's sake.
An influencer is known for their authenticity and innovative approach; They use their specialized knowledge and authority to influence others.
Building strong communication skills is essential for success in both personal and professional realms. It involves honing the ability to articulate ideas clearly, listen attentively, and adapt messages to different audiences and situations. Mastering communication empowers individuals to convey their ideas persuasively and connect meaningfully with others in diverse settings.

Influence Academy is a leadership training program that offers both an in-person and online option for learning. The program is designed for adult learners (18+) in any stage of life - personally and professionally. Upon completion of the program, learners will receive an official certificate of program completion, but more importantly will be better equipped to lead in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Expect to be changed by this program.

Our program is built with the adult learner in mind. Adults are busy and we offer classes that are built around this truth. Learners are expected to attend a 2 hour class once a week (in-person is preferred, but online is great too!). Each series of training lasts 5 weeks and there are 5 series in total to earn the certification.
If a learner is unable to complete all 5 segments - that's okay too! Each class is carefully curated and designed to develop the leader within each of us - learners will find benefit in any number of classes they can attend.

In-person classes are held from 6:30pm to 8:30pm Thursday nights at Connexion West (625 Garfield Avenue, Lancaster, Ohio).

The 2026 program begins January 8th and will end June 25th, 2026, with a graduation ceremony taking place June 26th (for those who complete all 5 series).
